1. Check-in

Presentation of an identification document is mandatory for all guests included in the reservation at the time of check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date.

Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: a charge equivalent to one night per booked room applies.

Holiday periods (Christmas/New Year, Carnival, Easter, Santos Populares): non-refundable reservations.

3. Reservation Guarantee

The reservation is only considered confirmed after payment is made to the designated account by the date specified in the confirmation. Failure to confirm within the deadline results in immediate cancellation. Same-day reservations require credit card details to charge for the first night (non-refundable).

4. Babies and Children

Crib: free.

Extra bed (ages 3 to 10): €15/night, breakfast included.

Extra bed (ages 11 to 17): 50% discount off the standard rate.

Maximum of 1 extra bed or 1 crib per accommodation unit.

6. Useful Information

Check-in: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

Breakfast: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, by prior arrangement.

Access to the grounds, bar, barbecue area, and outdoor pool.

Private Jacuzzi available at "Vila dos Sonhos" (except on rainy days). Pool towels, bath towels, and toiletries included.
